If you have been charged with a traffic violation in either Manassas or Woodbridge, your case will usually been heard in the Prince William General District Court. If you've been received a ticket in Fairfax, please visit the Fairfax County General District Court website for information. If your DWI charge is in Front Royal, go to theWarren General District Court website. For Culpeper DWI / DUI charges your case will typically be heard in the Culpeper General District Court. If Warrenton is the origin of your DWI arrest the Fauquier General District Court website contains information related to your court appearance.

Obtaining a Copy of Your Driver Report in Virginia

When charged with a traffic violation such as reckless driving, speeding, or failure to yield, you may be asked to obtain a copy of your driving record from the DMV.

By ordering a driver report, you can check if your driver’s license is currently valid. Should your license have been revoked or suspended, the report will indicate that according to what’s on record at the DMV. This report will also show points against your license and, in some cases, information on any accidents you have had.
